Terms of sale and licence
The terms for buying and using a SiteAgentics kit. Please read them before you buy.
1. Who we are
- Trading name: SiteAgentics
- Run by: Philip Moneypenny, sole trader
- VAT: not VAT registered
- Postal address: available on request at [email protected]
- Email: [email protected] (the quickest way to reach us)
- Payments: Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, sells the kits on our behalf and handles payment, VAT or sales tax, invoices and receipts.
Full details are on our trader details page.
2. Who you buy from
Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. When you buy, you buy from Lemon Squeezy, which takes payment, charges any VAT or sales tax that applies, and sends your receipt and invoice. Lemon Squeezy's buyer terms also apply. We license the kit to you and support it.
3. What you get
Each kit is a digital download (a zip file) containing a system prompt, a setup guide ebook (PDF), a worked example, blank templates and CSV tracking files, as described on its product page. You get a download link straight after payment and by email.
4. Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling. The checkout shows the total, including any tax, before you pay. We are not VAT registered, so we don't add VAT ourselves, but Lemon Squeezy may charge tax as merchant of record depending on where you are.
5. What you need
You need your own account with Grok, Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot (or a similar assistant). Subscriptions are not included. Some features, such as projects, custom GPTs and agents, need a paid plan from that provider, and its terms apply. SiteAgentics is not affiliated with any of these providers.
6. Your licence
- Single-user licence. One named person may use the kit, on as many of their own projects as they like.
- You can adapt the prompts and templates for your own use. The documents you produce with them are yours.
- You may not share, resell, publish or give away the kit or its prompts, including to colleagues.
- Team licence on request. For a team or a whole firm, email [email protected].
7. Updates and support
Corrections and minor updates to the kit you bought are free for 12 months from purchase, sent by email or through your download link. For help with setup or questions about the kit, email [email protected]. We aim to reply within 2 working days. Support doesn't include bespoke consulting.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Your rights, and our 14-day “works as described” promise, are on the refunds page.
9. Using the outputs
The kits help with administration. Everything they produce is a draft for a competent person to check. They are not legal, contractual, health and safety or professional advice, and you stay responsible for anything you issue. See using AI safely on site.
10. Our responsibility to you
If you are a consumer, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected: digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. We don't exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude. If you buy for a business, our total liability is limited to the price you paid, and we are not liable for business losses or for decisions made using the outputs.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase.
