Refunds and cancellation
The kits are instant digital downloads. Here is how the law works for those, and the fair promise we make on top.
Our promise: works as described, or your money back
If a kit doesn't work as described, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying, with your order number and what went wrong. We'll help you fix it. If we can't, we'll refund you in full. This applies whether you bought as a consumer or for a business.
Your legal right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that is downloaded, that right ends once the download starts, but only if you gave your express consent to the download starting within the 14 days and acknowledged that you would lose the right to cancel (regulation 37). Lemon Squeezy asks for that consent and acknowledgement at checkout.
If you did not give that consent and acknowledgement, you keep your 14-day right to cancel and won't pay for anything already supplied. Email us and we'll refund you.
If a kit is faulty
Separately from the above, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 says digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If it isn't, you are entitled to a repair or replacement, or in some cases a price reduction or refund.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are made by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, to your original payment method. They usually arrive within a few working days, though your bank may take longer.
What isn't covered
- Changing your mind after the download has started, where you gave the consent described above (but tell us anyway; we'd rather hear why).
- Changes an AI provider makes to its own product. We'll update the setup guide when we can.
This page in short
