Privacy notice
What we collect, why, and your rights. Plain English, kept short.
Who is responsible
SiteAgentics is run by Philip Moneypenny, a sole trader, who is the data controller for the information below. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect and why
- Launch list and prompt updates. If you sign up, we keep your email address and which kit you're interested in, so we can email you when it's ready (or send new prompts, if you chose that). Our lawful basis is your consent. We keep it until the launch email has gone and you haven't asked for more, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Emails you send us. We keep them as long as we need to deal with your message, and up to 2 years for support history.
- Purchases. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. It collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, country and order details so we can deliver the kit, support you and keep business records (normally kept for 6 years for tax purposes). We never see your card details.
- Website. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver and secure it. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don't set cookies ourselves.
Who we share it with
Only the services above (Cloudflare, Google Fonts, Lemon Squeezy, and our email provider, Google), to run the site and the shop. Some are based in the USA and use legally recognised safeguards for international transfers. We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk (0303 123 1113).
What you put into AI tools
The kits run in your own Grok, Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot account. Anything you paste there is handled by that provider under its terms, not by us. See using AI safely on site.
