Where you stay in control. Punch never closes a snag on its own; you confirm each one fixed. Fire-stopping and safety items are always flagged as top priority, whatever the trade says. Every output ends “DRAFT — for review by a competent person. Not an issued notice/approved document”. See using AI safely on site.
You need your own account with Grok, Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot. Some features (projects, custom GPTs, agents) need a paid plan from that provider.
